Stayed here for 5 day’s from check in to check nothing negative to say although in busy part of Venice hotel is set well back in a quiet Calle.
The room was warm and spotless fresh towels every day also bed was really comfortable breakfast was buffet style and very varied would I stay here again YES
Absolutely loved this place and the atmosphere is amazing. There is a rooftop lounge area to sit and look at the view or even take a meal/drinks up there to have a meal with a view! Everything is pretty close by once you get your bearings and will definitely be coming back here!
Perfectly central location. The Ca'D'oro district is full of shops and an old basillica but isn't jammed packed with tourists, and only 5 stops from the Piazza Marco Polo and San Marco Basilica. It was one of the hotels I could find with good disabled access and it really was excellent. The ground floor of the hotel was all level access without cobbles and our bedroom was in an annex by the water entrance so I didn't even need to use the lift. My PAs room was on the second floor but it was just as beautiful as our deluxe room. The bed would have been problematic with hoist legs so we would need to raise the bed higher. The bathroom has good accessibility although a little narrow. Lift was too small for a wheelchair
Perfect location. Will recommend this to friends and family.
The rooms were small, cozy is a better way of putting it but we'll equipped and enough. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there anyway!
There is a roof terrace that no one else was using and you get a good view of the city and starts at night. We found it very cool at sunrise!
The staff were very helpful and clear and no one disturbed us.
It's location was close enough to the dock were the airport ferry arrives/leaves so arriving in the night wasn't a problem either with our bags. The general area was quiet so made for a more relaxing trip to mingle with the locals!
Stayed here for 2 nights in Venice, wonderful hotel. Now it is a little trickier to find comparable to other hotels as it a a little alleyway in a street, but i mean aren’t most hotels in Venice just alleyways in streets. This place offers decent breakfast, they also offer rides to the Murano glass factory. Plus they also booked us a taxi for the morning to get back to our car. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to sit, our room was clean and bathrooms were just great. We made use of the safe. Great place would recommend for a family of 4, we got 2 singles and a queen.
Stayed in a double room for 3 nights and loved it. The staff were lovely, location was absolutely superb (away from the most densely crowded tourist spots, but close enough to walk or get the water bus). Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby too. Room was really clean and breakfast was plentiful. I would give 4.5 if I could, but would remove .5 of a star because our air con made some interesting noises in the night which did disturb our sleep a little.
In Venice for the Biennale, I chose this hotel for its affordability and location.
I booked directly on the hotel website, as the price was a little bit cheaper than on others “booking” websites.
I spent two nights in a single.
The room is tiny but sufficient for one person.
Everything’s clean.
The staff at the reception is professional and friendly.
Breakfast is very basic.
Overall a good and honest option for “overpriced” Venice.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms and close to busy parts of Venice but also far enough away for peace and quiet.
